I have already flagged the potential importance of Get Satisfaction – as both threat and opportunity. Re opportunity – they are now “white labelling” their service – allowing their functionality to sit under your brand. Very smart move.

FriendFeed tha latest “shiny thing” has added an interesting networking feature – Rooms. Could FriendFeed Rooms be the new Facebook Groups? Just another example of the “on-line social cluster” trend I have previously flagged
